If we utilized blockchain technology to tokenize real estate, could Nollywood filmmakers crowdfund the creation of dedicated production studios and housing complexes? I’m curious if anyone believes decentralized ownership could bypass traditional barriers and finally give independent creators the infrastructure they need to scale.
