KWASU lecturers recently signed a pact aimed at enhancing research and policy development, but we often see great academic work gather dust in libraries while the country struggles with implementation. Do you think our universities have the actual influence to drive government policy in Nigeria, or is this just another academic exercise that won't reach the grassroots? I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether our researchers are being properly utilized to solve our local challenges.
