Should Nigeria consider lowering the age of criminal responsibility?
Context
Sweden recently scrapped plans to lower its age of criminal responsibility to 13, opting to keep the current threshold. With rising concerns about juvenile involvement in crimes here in Nigeria, do you think we should adjust our own legal age of criminal responsibility?
