Context

Pan-Atlantic University and other institutions have recently trained 2,500 youths to tackle global challenges, but one has to wonder about the long-term impact. Does equipping young Nigerians with these specific skills really translate into sustainable jobs, or are we just scratching the surface of a much deeper systemic issue? I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether these workshops are effective or if we need a more structural overhaul of our educational system.
