I've noticed that in anime, the hero's greatest power-up usually happens right after their lowest point of heartbreak or defeat. Similarly, in the startup world, founders often talk about 'pivoting' through disaster as if they're leveling up their own character arc. Do you think we can intentionally apply this kind of growth mindset to our personal lives, or are we just romanticizing trauma to cope with the unpredictability of human behavior and business?
