Many graduates spend their service year looking for conventional jobs, but I wonder if we are missing a massive opportunity to use this period to build startups that fix local transport inefficiencies. Given the common failures young entrepreneurs face when trying to scale logistics or car-sharing services, how could the government or private sector better support corps members to turn their service year into a real-world testing ground? I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether this 'forced' gap year is actually the best classroom for real-world business failure and innovation.
