If you had the power, which Nigerian state or city would you rename and why?
Context
Donald Trump recently suggested renaming the US state of 'New Mexico' to 'New America,' sparking a massive debate about identity and heritage. This got me thinking: Nigeria has many locations with colonial origins or names that don't reflect our modern identity. If you could strip away the history of a specific location in Nigeria and give it a name that better represents our future, where would you start and what would you call it?
