Context
Following the abduction of 20 prospective corps members, the IG has deployed a DIG and two Commissioners of Police to the affected area. With NYSC members often being soft targets on Nigerian highways, many are asking if this reactive deployment is a sustainable solution to security or just a temporary fix.
