Should Nigeria look into hiring foreign coaches for other sports?
Context
Jay McKee has just been appointed as the new head coach of the Hamilton Hammers in the NHL. It got me thinking about how foreign coaches often bring a new tactical edge to professional leagues. Do you think Nigerian sports federations should prioritize bringing in experienced foreign coaches to improve our national team standards, or should we stick to building our local talent pool?
