Should Nigerian political parties be allowed to rebrand just to avoid confusion?
Context
A UK political party is currently considering changing its name because it keeps getting confused with Reform UK. This got me thinking about our own political landscape in Nigeria, where party names and logos often look strikingly similar, leading to issues during elections. Do you think a mandatory name change is a fair solution, or should parties have to stick to their identities once they are registered regardless of the public confusion?
