Such platforms could have shore up the waste but it has to have access to the spendings involved.

That is a great point. Transparency is definitely the missing piece here because a platform is only as useful as the data being fed into it. Even with the best technology, we still need strict oversight to ensure the actual spending matches what is being reported. Do you think we also need a legal framework to mandate that this data is published in real time for the public to see?
