Context

Easter is a celebration of victory over death, but are we truly ready for what that victory asks of us? We rejoice that Jesus rose again, yet often resist the new life He calls us into. What does it mean to leave behind the “old self” if we claim to believe in resurrection power? Are we holding onto habits, fears, or desires that contradict the life Christ offers? Can we really celebrate an empty tomb while living unchanged lives? And if resurrection is real, why does transformation still feel optional to us?
