Following the rescue of Minister Adebayo Adelabu's family members from kidnappers, many are relieved but concerned about the recurring frequency of such incidents. While we celebrate their safe return, it raises a difficult question about our national security strategy and the heavy toll kidnapping takes on ordinary families who cannot command the same resources.
