I'm currently navigating the job search as a Nigerian living abroad and finding it surprisingly lonely, which has led me to consider adopting a rescue animal for companionship. However, I’ve started wondering if bringing a pet into my small apartment might be a dealbreaker for a future spouse who prefers a pet-free lifestyle.
