Context
As Nigeria faces economic shifts and post-election transitions, many corps members feel the mandatory service year lacks a strong focus on practical entrepreneurship and self-improvement. Given the current business climate, how can we redesign the NYSC program to better equip graduates with the skills to solve real economic problems rather than just filling administrative gaps? I am curious to hear if you believe the service year could be a viable time to bootstrap a business or if the structure currently hinders personal growth.
